Here’s a look at our first Christmas card from Pennsylvania! Let me give you some of our Christmas card history…

My mom has staged my little sister and I in coordinating outfits in front of scenic backgrounds since we were infants. Thus, to no one’s surprise at ALL, half of my time as a 24-year-old is spent taking photos of myself in outfits in front of scenic backgrounds. Clearly, I was unintentionally groomed for the blogger lifestyle and have never known what it’s like to be camera-shy ;). At one point, we had two annual cards, one at Christmas and one for the 4^th of July (oh yes), and now my mom has all of our Christmas cards in a photo album on the coffee table of our living room. They’re so much fun to look back at!

This year’s shoot went off exceptionally well, with only some minor frostbite and a fit thrown by our dog, Liberty, who proceeded to bark aggressively and run in circles like a diva mid-way through the shoot.  Little did we know, but we had already gotten THE photo and she was just trying to tell us that she did her job and got the model shot. 😉

In all, we took a very Pennsylvania-themed image (due to our recent move from NJ to PA), standing in a field in front of a gorgeous red barn and silo in Blue Bell, PA, wearing our signature pink and green and holding an over-the-top wreath of vintage ornaments. Of course, Liberty steals the show and is the center of attention (as she deserves). It’s warm, festive, and totally us. 🙂 Merry Christmas and happy holidays from our family to yours! xx
