I wore this little bay blue ruffle top and white skater skirt during Labor Day weekend at my yacht club a weekend ago. I love the crisp and simple color combo of this ensemble and the flare that the ruffles add to this top (which is currently on SALE btw, as well as the scalloped wedges which I’ve learned are beyond comfortable be in all day). I also love how we captured a few Opti sailboats in these shots, which are the type of sailboat I learned to sail on this very bay at our yacht club. Aren’t they adorable?

Though I’m now determined to stick out my weekends in either Philly or NYC, I’m already plotting my way back to this little bayside oasis that I call my beach town. Outfits, and places, like this remind me why I’m a true summer girl at heart! (Although this pumpkin candle has been getting LIT in our my apartment recently and we’re heading into fall armed with decorative pumpkins and hot apple wine ?). xx
