My boyfriend, Johnny, and I are currently en route to ARUBA. We are going for a little vacation and down time. We haven’t been on a trip to a new country together since we went to Rome four years ago. I’ve never been to Aruba before but have only heard the absolute best things about the island. So many people have told me about how gorgeous the weather is, how clear the water looks, and how kind and friendly the people are. Its nickname is “One Happy Island” which sounds like my kind of perfect paradise. 🙂

And if you know me well then you know that planning and packing is half of my fun for any trip.

I’ve kept the itinerary relatively simple (surprisingly) and planned out an activity (ATV rides, snorkeling, exploring, etc.) and a dinner reservation for each day. Then, I left plenty of room for downtime, relaxing, and just hanging out. I feel like I’ve been going one hundred miles a minute the past few weeks and am really looking forward to taking a deep breath and stepping back from it for a bit. But, I will be sharing as much of the trip as I can! Taking photos while on an island is in the top three things that makes me happiest. So there will be lots of that going on, all in theme of “One Happy Island” of course ;).

Below are the links to everything I will be styling and sharing while I’m in Aruba!

Lots of flamingo pinks, Caribbean turquoise, and all of the fun boho details that you know I love for the beach. Feel free to reach out with any questions that you may have about any item!

Aruba Packing List

fun fact: Johnny and I have actually never flown together. For whatever many scheduling reasons we’ve just always met each other wherever we were traveling. Lucky for him, I’m a low maintenance flyer. 😉 I only travel with these disinfecting wipes, these lavender essential oil towelettes, this Summer Fridays face mask, these airpods, this Meditation Oasis podcast, a fleece Lilly blanket, a small Bible, spare contacts, and fresh sliced lemons to add to hot water that I get from the drink cart 😉 (read all about the benefits of hot lemon water in this Insta). I put it all in this black travel backpack (I SWEAR BY Hartmann luggage, find it on Amazon here) and also wore these blush pink Adidas sneakers on the plane.

this “happy” t-shirt c/o, this white eyelet midi dress c/o, this turquoise off-the-shoulder midi dress c/o, this pink and gold strapless dress, lots of Madison Matthews coverups, this UPF 50 seafoam green shawl c/o, and these white jeans. A must in my Aruba packing list.

this gold disk necklace c/o, this “free” butterfly pendant necklace (with this 16″ chain), this gold statement necklace c/o, these David Yurman Cable Bracelets, these dainty seashell bracelets c/o, these blush acrylic earrings c/o, these white acrylic earrings c/o, these rattan flamingo earrings c/o, these gold disk earrings c/o.

this collapsable bamboo bag c/o, this pink acrylic clutch c/o, this raffia starfish clutch c/o, this neutral beach tote, and this black travel backpack c/o (find it on Amazon here).

this baby blue scalloped bikini, this peach scalloped bikini c/o, this striped one piece c/o, and this color-block one piece {on sale!}.

this SPF 50 sunscreen spray, this SPF 50 sunscreen lotion {both smell so good– like tropical coconuts}, this SPF 50+ sunscreen face lotion c/o, and this raffia beach hat c/o.

these golden gradient aviators, these classic polarized aviators or these oversized tortoise sunnies.

these brown leather flip-flops c/o {hands down the most comfortable flip-flops I own}, these pink ruffle slides c/o, these nude scalloped heels c/o, and these blush pink Adidas sneakers.

these coconut and watermelon exfoliating wipes, this Avon Hydra Fusion Gel Cream c/o, this Summer Fridays face mask, this Snow Fox cucumber recover serum c/orose quartz jade roller, this Tanceuticals self tanning lotion, this Lancome bronzer/highlighter c/o, and the Jill Stuart Beauty makeup products I linked below. I keep it all in this structured makeup case that I am absolutely obsessed with. I also used this large toiletry bag to hold all of my toiletries and these small clear pouches to organize my smaller toiletries.

p.s. I told Johnny that our outfitting theme of the trip was “flamingos” and to curate his suitcase accordingly. Because he for sure thinks I’m a crazy person, I’ve packed these to surprise him and confirm that. ?
