Happy Monday! Thought I’d kick this week off with a bang by collaborating the adorable and fabulous Madison from It’s Madison Lane. Today we are sharing how we style a white button-down with our new college book bags! There are very few items of clothing classier than a crisp white and preppy button-down. It is the perfect staple piece for looking put together while going to class. I’m also talking about my new book bag, which manages to be stylish and functional all at once. Take a look!
I chose this Vineyard Vines button-down because you can’t go wrong with cuffed sleeves and a business-like collar. It’s ladylike and professional all in one shirt.
Here is my new school book bag! I stalked it on the internet for a while and finally caved and ordered it. And I am actually in love with how it looks in person! It is the ideal size, color, and style.
My bag even has a padded pocket just for my computer– how convenient!
(Of course some Lilly Pulitzer “lobstah roll” had to make an appearance… I got this monogram sticker from the PrettyLettersShop on Etsy.)
Low key obsessed with my new monogrammed Jack Rogers. They were a birthday present from my sister and mom, and it was fully worth the weeks I had to wait while they were being monogrammed!
Clearly I do better in class when I am dressed the part.
