I have officially been a working girl for one month and am surprised at how easily I’ve adjusted to and love this new lifestyle. I am so lucky that I live with two of the most fun, easygoing people I know (both of their birthdays are this month so there will be more celebrations than usual in our apartment!). And they have really made the Real World WAY more fun that I imagined it would be. 🙂

We’ve loved living in Philly and are already looking forward to experiencing our first fall here. I’ve been going to the shore every weekend (as you’ve probably seen on my Insta stories) because I simply can’t stay away (it’s truly my #happyplace). But I will be staying in Philly pretty much every weekend starting September and sharing a lot more of my new life there starting then.

The ensemble I’m wearing here (at the shore– I told you I have a problem #beachaddict) is a perfect August-to-September transition outfit, complete with navy gingham, brown peep-toe mules, and a bauble pearl necklace (which is only $29 I may add!). I can also see myself wearing this necklace over basic Ts and cashmere sweaters once it gets a little chillier. It’s a must-have for throwing over a top to go out and about running errands, or to layer on a pretty dress for Sunday brunch. The bigger the baubles, the bubblier the girl– right?!
