THIS is how we do Christmas in Florida… flamingos are our new polar bears and we couldn’t be happier about it. 🙂 Now that we have a place in Vero Beach, we will be celebrating more and more holidays there. I was there for this Thanksgiving, and during then we got to decorate our new “Florida-themed” tree (yes, my mom wanted a tree with only “Florida creatures” on it… so if you look close enough you can see jellyfish, whales, octopi, seahorses, flamingos, fish… you name it ?). We do love a good theme, so this was fun to put together!

I can’t help but see flamingos and llamas everywhere this holiday season, and there’s something so whimsical and funny about both of those creatures that I looove. Are you with me?! I’m so looking forward to getting back to this colorful Christmas tree for most of my Christmas vacay! I promise to share more of it then. 🙂 xx
