Intern Attire

So I’ve officially started my first internship in New York City! It has been such an experience so far and I’ve loved every minute of it! It’s been especially fun putting together work appropriate outfits (because, as you know, I am all about putting together new ensembles…) and this look is one of my favorites. It’s a little dressy for the environment I work in, but would be ideal for your traditional internship that calls for business casual attire (okay, maybe hold back on the studded sandals if you’re not working in the fashion industry..). But there is nothing more chic than an LBD, an oversized tote, and all gold accessories!

Outfit details: dress: Monteau {similar under $20!} // bag: Target {seriously fits EVERYTHING and is such a good buy!} // shoes: Dune London {super comfortable} // bracelets: silver cable classic with pearls: David Yurman, gold knot cuff: c/o Lydell NYC, Loren Hope {similar J. Crew}, hot pink rope bracelet: J. Crew {similar Monica Vinader}

Below I collected a few similar work appropriate LBDs and Dune London sandals!

Best of luck starting your internship if you’re doing one as well this summer!
