Crystal turquoise waters, blue skies with white puffy clouds, and the softest sand I’ve ever felt… one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. This beachy work-out ensemble– with the palm print and caribbean colors– reflects the laid back feeling of Antigua so well. Working out on vacation isn’t always my first activity of choice, but walking on the beach with my toesies in the water is exactly my kind of exercise. There are few things in life more relaxing than that in my mind…
