I’m feeling bittersweet about having to leave the beach and go back to college in a week. It will be weird to sleep in a bed that doesn’t have a few grains of sand in the sheets. Also, there are no outdoor showers at college (there’s probably a good reason for that..) and I will miss that too. So right now I am taking the time to appreciate these last few beautiful beach…

Also, there are no outdoor showers at college (there’s probably a good reason for that..) and I will miss that too. So right now I am taking the time to appreciate these last few beautiful beach days before my life becomes a whirlwind of packing, to-do lists, and getting things ready for sophomore year. And one of the things I’m looking forward to most about going back to school?! Getting to see my sorority sisters. That is why I was way too excited to find this sweatshirt. Not only does it have my sorority letters, but they are made out of Lilly Pulitzer fabric. Yes, such a thing does exist– and it is all kinds of perfect.

I chose to have my letters made out of the “cabana pink sunnyside” pattern. I was also debating between “jellies be jammin'” and “lobstah roll,” but we all know that I need to seriously COOL IT with my “lobstah roll” obsession.
I paired the sweatshirt with my J. Crew seersucker shorts {similar} for an outfit fit for going to class, taking a road trip, or going out to eat on a dreary day.
