Ready-to-Wear Spring 2015 Selections

So I know I’m a little late to the party, but I wanted to share some Ready-To-Wear Fashion Week pieces that I’ve seen on Style.com and have been dying over. As per usual, bold patterns, bright colors, and feminine silhouettes caught my eye! Though I found something I loved from almost every designer I looked through, the pieces by Michael Kors, Alice + Olivia, Oscar de la Renta, Kate Spade, and Philipp Plein made me…

So I know I’m a little late to the party, but I wanted to share some Ready-To-Wear Fashion Week pieces that I’ve seen on Style.com and have been dying over. As per usual, bold patterns, bright colors, and feminine silhouettes caught my eye! Though I found something I loved from almost every designer I looked through, the pieces by Michael Kors, Alice + Olivia, Oscar de la Renta, Kate Spade, and Philipp Plein made me swoon!! Take a look at these must-have outfits that recently made their debut at NY Fashion Week!

Where do I even start?! The gorgeous florals and playful pink and white gingham of these pieces are calling my name. This may be the happiest and brightest collection I looked through. I also love the plunging neck lines and simple silhouettes of these two dresses and tunic. They let the patterns speak for themselves– I smile every time I look at these!

I am a girl who loves horizontal stripes. And that’s exactly what Alice and Olivia designer Stacey Bendet played up in this darling skirt and maxi dress, along with bold shapes and vibrant colors. The inspiration for this spring collection came from her recent trip to Versailles and the modern art shows that are often shown there. Outfits inspired by a Parisian palace?! Don’t mind if I do…

Simplistic elegance and playful patterns were essential to this absolutely gorgeous spring line. The baby blue gingham two piece set and the pale pink gingham coat is just flawless. Not to mention the darling eyelet skirt edge and the white lace high waisted skirt! I could easily see myself in these pieces come spring! Pastel perfection.

How can I talk about vibrant colors and fabulous florals without mentioning Kate Spade?! This outdoors/garden inspired collection just screams “Spring.” I am all about the two piece skirt/top trend and of course I am in love with the scalloped edging of the kelly green tote. Also loving the boxy dress shape of these three pieces– they embody comfortable chic.

These final two dresses by Philipp Plein are flawless. Who says that black and white is boring?? Somehow the simplicity of these dresses still wow me. I would love to twirl around in one of them!

I hope seeing these NYFW standouts has inspired and excited you! I know that I am already thinking about the spring trends and must-have investments. Until then, I will be wearing my puffer vests and dreaming about spring…
