I’ve been working on curating and getting this post together for the past few weeks, and really have put so much thought into it. I have loved on these ten products for months and months, and truly believe that they’re high quality, worth-the-price, and will make you feel too GLAM to give a damn. 😉 I wrote a brief description about exactly why each product is so valuable to my beauty routine, so if you have any questions about a product, start with the below descriptions, and then ask away in the comments or through Instagram!

I hope this is a helpful, easy way to find a few new products that will make you feel your best. Confidence starts within though– and makeup is just the cherry on top. 🙂

La Mer Moisturizing Cool Gel Cream c/o || This cream is heavenly to lotion up all over my face after a day in the sun. It’s cooling and soothing to the touch and smoothes away wrinkles, fine lines, and pores. Bottom line: it’s the holy grail of moisturizer. And if you don’t want to splurge yourself, ask for it as your next birthday gift!

Glow Watermelon Sleeping Mask || This mask is a true TREAT. It is millennial pink, has a jelly consistency, and smells like a watermelon jolly rancher (#thingsIlove). I layer it on top of my moisturizer and sleep in it at least two times a week. Start with the mini size and try it out for yourself!

St. Tropez Self Tanning Bronzing Mousse || This is the self tanner that I swear by. It’s been the only self tanner I’ve used for the past 6+ months and I couldn’t recommend it any more. In fact, I recommend it ALL the time, to anyone who complains that they’re “too pale to wear (insert bright piece of clothing).” I won’t have that kind of negativity people!! Ha 🙂 It’s a mousse and goes on so smooth and streak-less. Make sure you buy and use the applicator mitt with it— you definitely don’t want it getting on your fingers! Tip: Exfoliate and then moisturize before applying, then sleep on it and get up and shower to rinse (read below for the exfoliator I use!).

EVER Power Plumping Lip Gloss c/o || This is the ultimate, simple, sweet lip plumper gloss. I wear the color “rosé nude” and swipe it over any pink lipstick, or wear it alone. It’s the most perfect everyday natural gloss I’ve come across!

John Frieda Go Blonder Controlled Lightening Spray || I haven’t gotten highlights in my hair since April (so for the last four months), and I have this spray (+ the sun) to thank for that! I spray this in my hair before I blow it out or sit on the beach. The blow dryer heat or the sun pulls out the highlights and lightens it up in a natural way almost immediately. I would recommend it if you’re dirty blonde or blonde blonde and want to prolong your highlights with a little extra oomph in between trips to the salon!

Too Faced Better than Sex Mascara || I get questions about the mascara I use all the time, and I have to say, this is my #1 fave. It gives you Barbie doll lashes and I am HERE for it. I use it on top of this L’Oreal mascara primer and then also use this Dior mascara as well. I’ve found that the combo of these three does the trick for transforming my stubby, blonde lashes into long, dark, and lush!

Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palette || This palette is awesome because it includes a strong bronzer, a blush, and a highlighter all in one. I’ve brought it on my trips all summer long and it’s a great three-in-one set. I have it in the colorway called “Nooner,” but the “Going Native” color combo looks gorgeous as well. I’d highly recommend it if you want a bronzer/blush duo that easily travels and is compact. Some palettes are so huge these days that they don’t fit into your makeup case!

EVER Cheek Bronzer Brush c/o || This is my go-to brush for applying bronzer and contouring. It’s beyond soft and really thin so you can control the bronzer and make a thin, contour line. No bristles have fallen out yet– I’m hooked!

Soap & Glory Flake Away Body Polish c/o || I absolutely adore the Soap and Glory products. They smell so delish and come in the most fun, pink packaging. I use this body scrub once a week, before I self tan, and it exfoliates my skin and leaves me baby soft. It’s an awesome exfoliator at such an attainable price. I also use this Soap & Glory Clarifying Shower Gel and keep this Soap & Glory Hand Food on my desk at work. I’d highly recommend both!

AVEDA Shampure Dry Shampoo c/o || I would have to shower a LOT more if it weren’t for this dry shampoo, ha. I’ve tried a ton of dry shampoos out there (mostly sprays) and this powder form has seemed to work the best for me. It really absorbs the oil in my hair and can prolong my blowout to 2+ days, which is a big deal when you have really blonde hair. It smells so fresh and clean and is lightweight as well!

Bonus Beauty Q&A:

What’s your favorite newest beauty product that’s a must-have?

I recently got and tried out the Drybar x Too Faced Glitter Spritzer Sparkle Spray and it is everything I needed in my life and MORE. It’s technically for your hair, but I’ve sprayed it all over my body and feel like a glitter fairy princess… it’s the most fun beauty product just about ever. Pick it up for your next sorority or Bachelorette party (or just the everyday 😉 ). I’m telling you… you won’t be disappointed!

How do you travel with your beauty products?

I recently discovered this traveling makeup case (I use the size small which is completely big enough for me) that I pair with this clear travel case for my products. I travel with lot of mini products (often found in the toiletry section at Target), but for products that I can’t find in a travel size, I transfer them over to these mini TSA-approved containers. Additionally, I try to use plastic bags around as many of the gel/liquid products that I can. There is nothing more frustrating than opening up your suitcase to a bottle of expensive product that exploded over all over everything! ha

Where do you shop for all of your makeup and products?

Sephora, CVS, Target. I use Sephora for about 85% of my makeup and products. I am loyal to their Beauty Insider program and love their online shopping experience. I shop at CVS and Target for things like shampoo and conditionerNeutrogena makeup remover wipes, and mini travel products.

There you have it! My most up-to-date beauty FAVES that I hope spark you to shake things up in your beauty routine for the start of September. Let’s go into the month feeling our most fabulous, GLAM self! xx
