Valentine’s Day has found a special place in my life over the past two years. Don’t get me wrong– I’ve always celebrated “Galentine’s Day” thanks to my former obsession with Leslie Knope (okay, still obsessed..). And I’ve always loved any excuse to pull out all of my pink clothes and accessories and draw hearts all over everything ?

But, now this holiday holds a more meaningful spot in my heart, because it just so happens to also be the birthday of my favorite person and our anniversary together. Yes, haha, Johnny was a Valentine’s baby (when I heard this when we first met I was all like, “awww!” ha) and two years ago on his birthday and Valentine’s Day, he asked me to be his girlfriend. So now, as you can imagine, this day is officially a triple whammy and generates a lot of hype for us. ?
