Capri is so cool. Like chic island-vibes cool. Like striped umbrellas under jagged cliffs cool. And high-end elegance meets sandy feet casual cool. So of course I was drawn to it the second I stepped foot off the ferry from Positano and onto the island of Capri.

I will walk you through our Capri itinerary and accommodations soon, but in the meantime I wanted to share this outfit I wore out to dinner there, because it entails a few pieces I picked up while traveling. I found the top at Antica Sartoria in Sorrento— and as it turns out this boutique is all over the Amalfi Coast and in Palm Beach and Key West as well. I found up the structured woven tote at a little store right along the beach in Positano, and found a complimentary tassel and pom pom embellishment at a boutique in Capri that same day (actually moments after these photos were taken!). Also, the sunglasses I’m wearing were a 5 euro find in Sorrento— and I’ve had a few people ask me if they are Dior. Too funny how similar dupes can look like the real thing sometimes! I paired these new purchases with my staple AG white jeans and Tory flats for dinner that night (which held up surprisingly well with the miles of walking I did on the trip). It was a very “Capri” outfit that I can see myself repeating again this summer for sure. xx
