I really love airports. There is this whole excitement buzzing inside them as people are rushing, waiting, gearing up for fun trips or coming home to see loved ones. Have you ever seen the scene at the beginning of the movie Love Actually?? That’s how I imagine airports being all the time:) (here’s the scene I’m talking about)
With such a love of airports and traveling in general, I’ve developed a slight fascination with airport style. So many celebrities are spotted by the paparazzi as soon as they step off of a jet, and they always seem to look stunning, flawless, and seamlessly put together. How do we, non celebes (lol), go from sitting in a stuffy cabin next to a screaming toddler and a gassy old man to looking all kinds of fabulous when we step off the plane and into an exotic city??!
I dedicated a whole board on Pinterest to this question and love playing with different looks for traveling. The one I compiled in this post is what I wore on my flight to Prague. I’m loving an all black ensemble with pops of hot pink, and am thinking that this color combo will be frequently worn throughout my time in Europe! This outfit was easy, cozy, and majorly comfortable for my eight  hour flight overseas.
I also brought along a mini bottle of sanitizera well padded laptop case, a portable cell phone charger, and a black cashmere wrap that I use as a blanket when it gets cold on the plane. Useful accessories and practical comfort made for an effortless flight (I slept like a baby!).
What is your long flight must-have??!
