It’s October everyone. Which means it’s time for me to tone down my floral patterns (only a little, let’s be honest) and get mentally stable for the chiller temps working their way down south. Of course I’m starting the mental preparation with my outfit choices 😉 which is why I’ve been reaching for this long-sleeve romper and fancy turquoise earrings for nights out in Richmond.

I’ve found that long sleeve rompers are the happy medium between being too hot when you’re inside a restaurant/bar and being too chilly when you’re in transit  (see more in the “Shop the Post” widget below). Also, turquoise is definitely a color that can transition from season to season. I love pairing it with nudes, tans, and browns– I can definitely see myself wearing these with a chunky knit sweater later on in the season as well!
