As you may have caught on Snapchat (@abelievesinpink), I spent the last ten days in Vero Beach, Florida. The first few days I spent with Johnny and his family at their house, and then rest of the week I spent in our new place (only a few minutes down the road) in John’s Island. Then my mom and sister flew down and Johnny stayed with us as well to celebrate my 23rd (see that blog post here). It was Jacqueline’s first time in Vero so we showed her all of our new favorite spots and explored as much as we could.

On Friday they left and my Big from my sorority flew in and we had a major girls’ weekend… which included lots of shopping, wine and cheese, sitting on the beach, watching rom-coms and dining. We pretty much like to do the exact same things (ha) so it’s always so easy to be with her 🙂 It was such a wonderful and relaxing time and I’m so thankful that I got to have it before I start working full-time. Plus, it’s always exciting to celebrate your birthday somewhere new and fabulous!

I wore this ensemble twice during my stay because it was so easy and comfortable. Florida in the middle of June is hot and humid, and the last thing I wanted to do was pull on jeans. Instead, I opted for silky dresses and big curls in my hair. It also didn’t hurt that I matched the foliage and the dress left room for alll the birthday cake 😉 xx
