I just got back from a weekend in Florida where I had a little bit of both work and play. I will be in and out of Palm Beach a lot for my job so it’s definitely convenient that we now have a place only an hour and a half away in Vero! I had a work event on Sunday so I flew down on Friday and got to celebrate the birthdays of both my mom and dad, and indulged in some much needed sunshine and down time. The sea and sand is just good for the SOUL.

Switching gears completely, I wore this chic ensemble in Philly the other day and am obsessed with the muted fall colors. I’d say that this faux suede skirt and these bauble earrings (hello holiday season– they look like little jingle bells!) are both top investment items for this fall. They’re well worth the price as you’ll find yourself wearing them over and over again as I have! xx
