I had another Christmas-filled weekend… in the city that does Christmas in a BIG way, NYC. We listened to Christmas music and lit pine tree scented candles (Johnny collects them :)), took a helicopter tour of the city (I surprised him!), and watched the Rockettes in the Christmas Spectacular show, who as always, were dazzling and phenomenal. This time of year is pure magic as it brings people together, amongst twinkling lights and snow flurries, to celebrate Christ and the spirit of Christmas. All is merry, bright, and sparkling– just the way I like it. 🙂

I haven’t been feeling 100% lately (I have a sore throat and a cough), so I am going to rest up this Sunday afternoon and get ready for the week. I only have four days of work and am headed home on Friday, to start Christmas break (do you still call it “break” when you’re working full time and no longer a student?? lmk), and to go to my dentist, ha. Starting Friday, I have lots of exciting and relaxing plans for “break” and will definitely take you along via Insta stories.
