Staying In Touch With Treat

TGIF! Have any good plans for the weekend?! I am currently awaiting the arrival of my big from Theta who is coming to visit (!!!) and looking forward to lots of sunshine, hanging out, and relaxing! I am definitely trying to spend as much time as I can with my family and friends here before I head back to Richmond next Friday. It can be really tricky trying to stay in touch with everyone when I’m at school, and I often find myself having rapid fire conversations over the phone while I’m changing classes and walking across campus. But I’ve recently discovered another much easier and more creative way to let everyone know that I am thinking about them and miss them… it’s called Treat

During the time that I’m at school this fall, I will miss celebrating my mom’s birthday and spending time with one of my best friends who goes to another college. I wanted to share with you the cards that I designed to send to them!

For my mom’s birthday:

She LOVES hydrangeas and her favorite colors are pink and green, so this card was an obvious choice.

On the inside I put this picture of us at the US Open Men’s Final in 2012. It is one of my favorite memories we have together!

The inside message:

For missing my bestie:

This design is so whimsical and sunshiny, and it reminded me a little bit of our spring break trip to the Dominican Republic together– we took that selfie when we were there!! Who doesn’t love putting a selfie on the front of a greeting card?!

On the inside I put another one of my favorite pictures of us.

Here’s the message on the inside. It is essentially a “thinking of you” friendship card. How cute is that?!

I’m looking forward to sending these out! The next time you are scrambling for a last minute birthday or an “I miss you” card, I’d definitely check out Treat’s selection. There are so many little reasons to celebrate!
 Life’s a party!

love&pink,
Amy
