Can you believe we’re on the brink of fall? While I’m dreading the shorter days and colder temps, I’m looking forward to the cozy textures, crunchy leaves on the city sidewalks, and all of the delicious pumpkin scents that the fall brings.

While I’m all for embracing the bright tones (see last month’s edit), this month I’ll be doing some shopping for my fall wardrobe. I’m eyeing this muted pink patchwork jacket and these faux leather taupe pants, along with a caramel colored lady jacket and a mini dress printed with fall florals. For accessories, how darling are these raffia floral drop earrings and scalloped cat eye sunglasses?!

And as I stated on my Instagram stories the other day, August definitely feels like the Sunday of Summer. There’s no better time to put on a face mask, light your favorite pumpkin candle, and snuggle under a blanket with a glass of red wine or cup of tea… and a good movie or good friends. 😊
