Now that college has started back up for many and I am going to be spending more time in both Philly and NYC on the weekends, I wanted to share some of the more fun “going-out” tops I’ve been shopping lately. I definitely aim to spend less money on going-out tops, since they’re the type of clothing you take a ton of pictures in, get drinks spilled on, and don’t want to have to worry about when you’re out and about having a good time. Also, I included a few tops from SheIn and Romwe, and I always get questions about how reliable those brands are.
