. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

After a month in my new apartment I am so excited to fully reveal my bedroom! If you haven’t read my “Apartment Inspiration” post yet then definitely start there as it explains all about how I envisioned the room being “bohemian glam” with touches of my past travels and my favorite beachy places, but with lots of elevated statement pieces that would give it a luxe and chic feel. It also walks through how I achieved three major goals for the room, which were for it to be comfortable, functional, and personal.

In this post I’m sharing all of my room except for the desk area, closet, and bathroom– all of which I will share soon. I ultimately wanted my room to feel light, welcoming, and cozy, yet personal and glam. I envisioned it being almost like my personal boutique, with most of my jewelry and accessories displayed (I also have drawers in my closet that house my clutches, bags, etc.) so that I could easily pack for work trips and travels and get dressed every day in an easy and fun way by being to see everything right in front of me! This should be apparent from the images, plus the lighting in the room is so naturally beautiful already that it made it easy to photograph.

I was so fortunate to get to work with a few phenomenal brands in the process of decorating my room to make it WAY easier because as you may have experienced as well, moving can be overwhelming and stressful. Annie Selke spoiled me with the most luxurious and gorgeous Louisa Duvet Cover and matching shams, precious Petite Vine Fuchsia scalloped pillow cases, and my Windsor Ivory Fringed Fleece Throw which is a cozy staple item that adds more texture to the space. I specifically chose those pieces because of their simplicity but stunning details and high quality. After sleeping in the bedding for over a month now, it is safe to say that I am truly in LOVE with how nice and luxe it is. Definitely an upgrade from dorm bedding 😉

Framebridge hooked me UP with the islandy chic gold “Mandalay” bamboo frames. I just connected my Instagram page to their website, chose three of my Instagrams that I wanted them to frame (which were all photos I’ve taken of my favorite beaches in Long Beach Island, Peter Island, and Positano), and they then printed the photos, framed them, and delivered them ready to be hung up. It’s honestly the easiest way I’ve found to have photos printed and framed without all of the annoying fuss. Plus, they’re extending their kindness by offering you 15% off your first framing purchase if you use the code ‘pink15‘! So, SO worth checking out.

Charming Charlie heard that I was moving into a new apartment and were beyond sweet in sending me a pineapple piggie bank (which is unfortunately sold out) and a glam gold palm leaf jewelry tray that I have on my acrylic shelves. Turns out they have the most adorable and inexpensive home accessories?! Now I have my eye on these pineapple/palm leaf wine glasses for our bar cart…

I also worked with Anna from Anna Cate Collection to choose a print to hang in the corner above my mirrored dresser. I chose the “Antigua” print from her resort series, because I couldn’t get over the colors and it’s named after one of my favorite islands! I cannot thank these phenomenal companies enough for helping me celebrate (and decorate) for this new part of my life. Let me know what you think of everything in the comments below and thanks for reading this and sorting through all of these crazy links– I wanted to make sure you knew where everything was from! xx
