The February Edit

Lots of soft colors and dainty prints on my mind, making this a happy, warm, and colorful edit to warm up to SPRING.

The February Edit

The sun has been shining in New York City this week, and even though it’s still chilly I am officially planning for SPRING. Last month’s trend roundup was full of cozier colder weather finds (many of which will come in handy when I go skiing in two weeks!), but I seem to keep coming back to soft colors and dainty prints as I’ve been online shopping recently.

Hence, this month’s very happy, warm, and colorful edit! I’m loving prints with mini florals, rainbow-hued color schemes, and (per usual) pops of gold and rattan. Together, they feel like ways to welcome and transition into March, April, and beyond! There are even some swimsuits, sandals, and sunscreen for some early spring break packing, if you’re going to be anywhere warm. 😊

Below are a few standout items– hope they brighten up your Friday and the end of this chilly month! xx

Standout Items…

Rainbow necklace—

I recently got this necklace from FashionPass (it’s like Revolve meets Rent the Runway– use my code AMY4S for $35 off!) and I think it’s such a fun spin on a gold coin necklace! The rainbow stones make it versatile enough to wear with any color, and it also includes an adjustable clasp so you can wear it at any length (love that detail!). I found it on sale for $23 (over 50% off!).

Rattan lamp—

This is a newer lamp from Target that reminds me of the lamps we have on our nightstands in our apartment bedroom, but a bit smaller. It’s only $25 (make sure you chose the one that comes with a lightbulb if you don’t have one already) and would coordinate with any coastal, bohemian, or classic décor. I bet these won’t stay in stock for long!

Striped sweater—

I have always really liked BB Dakota’s sweaters (they’re usually great prices points under $100, like this one is!), so this pretty sorbet colored one was a no brainer. It runs true to size but is a bit cropped (it doesn’t show your stomach but I wouldn’t wear it with leggings) and is such a sweet way to warm up to spring hues while still staying, you know, warm. 😊

Jeans—

Ah these jeans (which are currently on sale for $37!!) may very well be my best find of this edit! I’ve heard so many amazing things about them from other influencers, so I was #influenced myself and went for it. I’ve been keeping an eye out for straight leg jeans, but it’s pretty difficult to find any that would be the right length for my height (I’m 5’1″). These come in an X-Short length which wound up being the perfect length for me! I went a size up in the actual size, so they had a more relaxed fit, so I settled on the 0 X-Short which fits so well!

Sunscreen

I recently talked about this sunscreen in my roundup of my top 5 products for glowy skin because it’s truly the most shimmery, gorgeous sunscreen I’ve ever applied. It gives you an immediate all-over mermaid glisten, is SPF 30, and protects against pollution and blue light as well. I have a discount code for Tula’s site too– use the code BELIEVESINPINK for 15% off your order!
