I will be living at our house in Long Beach Island for June and July (which was always my plan), as I wait for Johnny’s lease to be up in NYC. From what I’ve heard, New Jersey is slowly starting to open back up, though my friends who are there are still taking social distancing very seriously and our summer will definitely not look anywhere close to what it used to in years past.

We have a back patio at our house in LBI and I can already tell that we will be spending more time out there than ever, especially as the weather starts to warm up for summer. I know that any outdoor time we can get right now is so cherished and good for the soul, so that of course inspired me to create a patio and deck themed Amazon roundup for this month’s Amazon picks!

When going through Amazon to decide on which items I would recommend, I tried to stick to pretty neutrals that would freshen up any patio, deck, balcony, or porch. If you’re starting from square one, I’d recommend picking out a furniture set first and then adding on a few outdoor throw pillows and a garden stool. If you’re adding on to an outdoor space you already have set up, then I’d recommend finishing out the space with twinkle lights, flameless lanterns, and a set of outdoor dinnerware. For extra-special touches, I cannot get over this gold bar cart or this tassel hammock chair!

However you’re trying to spend time outside as we warm up to summer, I hope these things help freshen up your space or inspire more socially-distanced days in the sunshine! ????xx
